Taco Tuesday

In an attempt to simplify and spread things out a bit I've decided to designate certain chores or items to certain days of the week. One of the things I've designated for Tuesdays is "Taco Tuesday." For me the worst part about making dinner is the actual deciding what the heck to make in order to make everyone Happy! Mr. picky is not easy to cook for ya know. Love knowing whats for dinner in advance, at least for today and Thursday. Wash and Window Wednesday is tomorrow! One window a week. Its actually working out kinda nice...not having as much to catch up on during the weekends. Oh and yeah that's Fajita mix...and no I DID NOT run back to the store...staying awake while shopping for groceries is recommended though. An update: I've decided every Tuesday is to often for tacos in our house...I think I'll try for Mexican (food) Monday.

Sunday Dinner

We had spaghetti and salad for Sunday dinner with R. Realized I forgot the garlic bread as I was driving away from the store...awe well, such is life. The salad looks quite pretty in this picture. But the mix I bought had peas pods in it. Hello...I haven't liked peas since I was a little girl and we had them often because they were Dad's fav.
The time changed this weekend. Yeah, love that it stays light longer. I am such a sunshine and light kinda girl! Can't they just leave it this way foreve! The boys played basketball and we all just kinda chilled. :)Its been that kind of month. De-cluttering and fixing up the house. Hopefully the weather is on its way to warm and wonderful and we'll soon be able to play outside and get all red and sweaty from Mrs Sunshine. Just kidding about the being all red and sweaty. :) I do love me some sunshine though...Did I say that already? Happy Day
